The role
Lead and participate in groundbreaking machine learning research with a focus on large-scale recommender systems and integrating generative AI into recommendations.
Analyze data, perform experiments, identify problems, and develop hands-on scalable solutions.
Advance practical applications such as personalized recommendations and scalable evaluation methodologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Shape a long-term research roadmap and translate insights into product impact while maintaining rigorous scientific standards.
Publish findings, present at top conferences, and engage with the broader research community.
Ideal candidates hold a Masters or PhD in ML/data science (or related) with demonstrated publications and hands-on experience in recommender systems and large-scale data.
