The role
Plan, coordinate, and execute in-store and off-site events, brand activations, and community outreach to drive brand awareness.
Represent the brand with a professional, outgoing presence at all events and sponsored activations.
Engage with customers to educate them on products, promotions, and brand initiatives while delivering exceptional service.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop event concepts, campaigns, and promotional materials.
Manage event logistics, setup and breakdown, vendor relationships, and performance tracking for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with cannabis regulations, age verification, and company policies in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
