The role
Lead and advise on a full spectrum of IP matters, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
Manage and expand domestic and international IP portfolios across diverse industries.
Draft, review, and negotiate IP-related contracts such as licenses, assignments, confidentiality, and joint venture agreements.
Provide IP due diligence in support of M&A and other corporate transactions.
Develop and execute IP protection, enforcement, and risk mitigation strategies while collaborating across practice areas.
Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to knowledge sharing in a client-focused, entrepreneurial environment.
