The role
Lead data science initiatives to solve complex business problems using a rich, global dataset.
Develop and deploy AI/ML models and LLM-based NLP solutions in production to improve decision-making.
Ingest, clean, and analyze large-scale data from multiple sources to extract actionable insights and key metrics.
Create visualizations and dashboards (e.g., Tableau) to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders to tailor analyses and drive product strategy.
Evaluate data quality and sources, design scalable data science solutions, and measure impact on customer experience and revenue.
