The role
Lead and architect data science strategy, R&D, governance, and analytics tooling for cross-functional teams serving banks, merchants, and digital products.
Mentor analysts and data scientists; champion rigorous modeling, compelling storytelling of insights, and business-relevant deliverables.
Develop scalable analytics assets and leverage Python, SQL, and ML to unlock value from large, heterogeneous datasets spanning billions of cards and hundreds of billions of transactions annually.
Build and deploy predictive models, experiment with Generative AI, and create self-service tools to empower business users and automate workflows.
Drive client engagement and revenue growth by partnering with sales and account teams; deliver PoCs and thought leadership on emerging tech.
Lead cross-functional project delivery, manage stakeholders, and evangelize analytics through training, documentation, and technical sessions.
