The role
Seeking a Machine Learning Engineering Team Lead focused on Behavior Planning for autonomous driving.
Define the architecture of onboard planning models and deploy large-scale models trained with Imitation Learning and Reinforcement Learning to enable safe, human-like navigation.
Build the next-generation offboard simulation engine and world models to test the driver against diverse edge cases.
Develop offboard critic models to evaluate driving behavior at scale, capturing nuances in comfort, progress, and safety.
Bridge research and production by pushing state-of-the-art while deploying models on real public-road vehicles that meet stringent safety standards.
Mentor and lead junior engineers, shaping the long-term ML-based planning roadmap and the onboard/offboard ecosystem.
