The role
Senior ML Engineering Lead responsible for designing and deploying onboard planning models and scalable systems for high-dimensional decision-making.
Architect and implement large-scale models trained with Imitation Learning and Reinforcement Learning for robust, human-like, and safe navigation.
Build a next-generation simulation engine and world models to stress-test the driver against diverse edge cases.
Develop offboard critic models to evaluate driving behavior at scale, capturing nuances in comfort, progress, and safety.
Bridge research and production by pushing state-of-the-art while ensuring safe deployment on real vehicles that operate on public roads.
Mentor and lead junior engineers, shaping the long-term roadmap for ML-based planning and the supporting onboard/offboard ecosystem.
