The role
As a Senior ML Engineer, you will build and validate learned models to drive the Motion Planner in large-scale simulations.
Develop novel generative models to augment simulation data and create unseen, realistic scenarios for training and evaluation.
Own the ML workflow components: data management, label quality, feature pipelines, and training/evaluation infrastructure.
Collaborate with Behavior Planning, Safety Engineering, and Simulation teams to translate requirements into robust solutions.
Create tools for visualization, introspection, and extraction of actionable insights from running models.
Contribute to a collaborative, safety-focused engineering culture through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
