The role
Join the Safety Data Analytics team to monitor and improve the safety performance of the autonomous driver through data-driven insights.
Design and implement metrics and dashboards to help measure, understand, and improve safety performance.
Collaborate with Data Scientists and Engineers on subsystems such as Vehicle Platforms, Hardware Systems, Fault Management, and Autonomy.
Own data pipelines from ingestion to transformation, ensuring reliable, scalable analytics using SQL, Python, and DBT.
Translate executive input into actionable analytics and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ideal candidates have 2-4 years of experience, strong SQL, Python, DBT, and data visualization skills, with proven cross-functional collaboration.
