The role
Inspect, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment in assigned facilities to ensure reliability.
Oversee electrical and lighting systems operation, perform repairs, and install new equipment as needed.
Inspect components such as motors, valves, controls, switches, wiring, fans, pumps, and pipes; replace as necessary.
Ensure all equipment is maintained and operated safely, adhering to safety standards and protocols.
Review maintenance records to develop proactive inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Requires high school diploma or trade school with 3-4 years of relevant experience; master electrician license per local codes.
