The role
Lead and optimize manufacturing processes across facilities to improve productivity, safety, and quality.
Deliver capital and non-capital projects on time and budget, achieving sustained cost savings and efficiency gains.
Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, design plant layouts, and specify equipment for maximum throughput.
Implement TPM/Op-Centric operating models, drive standardization, and partner with quality to ensure regulatory compliance and corrective actions.
Support new product introductions and scale-up, including automation, robotics, and workflow redesign.
Advise executive leadership on engineering strategy, drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and standardize project execution with SOPs.
