The role
Part-time role to support students through live, one-hour workshops and optional 1:1 coaching. You will host monthly seminars, answer questions on construction estimating and job searching, and share real-world insights into entry-level estimating roles, toolsets, workflows, and on-site expectations across GCs, subs, and specialty trades. You’ll facilitate learning independently, provide optional coaching to interested students, and set your own evenings. Compensation is $50 per workshop, with additional coaching revenue as an upside.
