The role
Build, train, validate, and deploy AI/ML models for health IT applications, including predictive analytics, anomaly detection, clinical decision support, and NLP on medical data.
Integrate HL7 and FHIR data standards to ensure seamless interoperability and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with clinicians, data engineers, and compliance teams to align AI solutions with clinical workflows and HIPAA requirements.
Implement and optimize models using Python, R, Java, and AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn); deploy via CI/CD in cloud environments.
Fine-tune large language models and apply RAG, LangChain, and GenAI techniques to healthcare use cases.
Provide mentorship to junior engineers and contribute to R&D while upholding ethical AI practices and data privacy.
