The role
Lead causal inference and advanced analytics to identify and quantify guest preferences across the online discovery funnel.
Build data products and prototypes to detect revealed preferences from granular user actions and sequences, enabling personalized discovery.
Shape the data strategy to improve guest conversion and ongoing engagement across marketplace inventory and experiences.
Partner with product and engineering to design in-app optimizations and UX flows that guide guests through the discovery journey.
Design, implement, and evaluate experiments with rigorous measurement loops to validate hypotheses and drive continuous impact.
Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership to influence cross-functional strategy and prioritization with a strong user-experience focus.
