The role
Role: Senior Data Scientist focused on risk and fraud detection in e-commerce marketplaces.
Develop and deploy risk mitigation models using machine learning, anomaly detection, and statistical techniques to identify emerging threats.
Lead deep-dive analytics to inform risk policy, product decisions, or operational strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams.
Build scalable predictive models in production and monitor performance with rigorous experimentation (A/B tests, ROC/AUC, precision/recall).
Explore agentic AI frameworks and GenAI applications for synthetic data, anomaly simulation, and real-time adaptive risk detection.
Translate complex findings into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring explainability and robust model validation.
