The role
Lead the AI & Analytics stream, translating business needs into AI solutions that enhance user experiences across internal and external platforms.
Develop and deploy end-to-end ML models (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement) and GenAI/LLMs, including NLP, topic modeling, sentiment analysis, and computer vision.
Design scalable data pipelines and APIs for real-time applications, with a focus on performance, governance, and observability.
Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders, coordinating feature planning and prioritization for platforms such as ServiceNow and Salesforce.
Create clear visualizations and storytelling to communicate complex insights; serve as a data science thought leader and mentor for peers and teams.
Operate in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) with Docker, CI/CD, and data integration from diverse sources; continuously learn and adopt new technologies.
