The role
Graduate Commercial Paralegal – In-House role supporting commercial contracts, including technology and IT service agreements.
Provide legal input on AI and technology-focused projects to cross-functional teams.
Conduct legal research and prepare internal guidance while maintaining contract records and documentation.
Support administrative and project tasks for the legal function and collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership.
Gain exposure to commercial decision-making and understand how contracts drive revenue and manage risk.
Ideal for graduates pursuing SQE or seeking practical, business-facing legal experience with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
