The role
A senior AI engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and scaling AI systems including Agentic AI, Generative AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions. The role involves building autonomous AI agents for complex workflows, implementing multi-agent orchestration, and optimising large language models through prompt engineering and fine-tuning. Deployed solutions must be robust and production-ready, with expertise in cloud deployment using Microsoft Azure. The position also requires mentoring team members and contributing to best practices in AI architecture and engineering. Candidates should possess strong Python skills, experience with relevant AI frameworks, and a solid understanding of AI safety, evaluation, and observability.
