The role
Lead the development and launch of a new Electrician Division, shaping strategy, staffing, and service delivery.
Perform residential electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance with strict adherence to codes.
Supervise and mentor junior electricians and apprentices, promoting safety and workmanship excellence.
Conduct safety inspections, diagnose electrical issues, and implement durable, compliant solutions.
