The role
Define and quantify key performance metrics to measure both the perception stack and end-to-end system impact of new features.
Create and maintain large-scale datasets and evaluation pipelines to assess perception and driving performance.
Analyze metric results to identify failure modes, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Present clear, data-driven insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Design statistical methods to quantify uncertainty in performance and validation metrics.
Collaborate with data scientists, perception engineers, and systems engineers to translate data into actionable decisions.
