The role
Own the continued development of data foundations across People domains such as performance, departures, workforce planning, and payroll.
Drive data literacy and a data-informed mindset among diverse stakeholders while delivering cohesive, actionable insights.
Create intuitive, insight-driven dashboards that clearly communicate progress without requiring design expertise.
Build robust data models to simplify access to diverse sources and strengthen data governance and quality.
Collaborate with analytics engineers to streamline data flow from warehouse to downstream reporting, enabling cross-team impact.
Partner with stakeholders to tackle immediate business challenges and align on goals and vision.
