The role
Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end ML systems for global payments orchestration, driving decisioning and optimization at scale.
Be the first ML engineer in Global Payments and shape the ML strategy, foundations, and operating model for payments optimization.
Collaborate with payments engineering, data, fraud, and product teams to ship ML that measurably improves revenue outcomes and customer experience.
Work with large-scale, noisy transactional data to build reliable models, upholding strong software engineering practices, testing, and APIs.
Own safe rollouts, continuous monitoring, and observability to manage risk while delivering meaningful impact.
Communicate clearly with stakeholders across engineering, product, finance, and risk to align on priorities and trade-offs.
