The role
Lead a new team pioneering AI developer tooling workflows that boost engineering productivity at scale.
Define and execute the AI-Orchestrated Developer Experience strategy and drive cross-team collaboration to embed intelligent capabilities across the developer lifecycle.
Build agentic, context-aware AI systems that understand codebases, conventions, and context, integrating seamlessly into development workflows.
Mentor and grow a high-performing team of engineers at the forefront of AI and developer experience.
Evaluate and pilot emerging AI tools, shaping their impact on engineering workflows and toolchains.
Partner with platform teams to advance tooling with measurable improvements in productivity while fostering a magical developer experience.
