The role
Lead the full lifecycle of commercial contracts across North America, including customers, partners, and vendors.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex SaaS agreements, providing pragmatic guidance to Sales and cross-functional teams.
Advise on data protection and privacy compliance (EU/US) within SaaS contracts and related RFPs.
Develop and maintain contract templates and CLM processes; deliver internal trainings on contracts, privacy, and compliance.
Support procurement and vendor management; address occasional litigation queries with internal teams and outside counsel.
Operate in a fast-growing startup environment, balancing risk assessment with business objectives and strong stakeholder relationships.
