The role
Provide strategic and brand leadership by developing a church-wide communications strategy aligned with leadership vision and ministry calendar.
Maintain the distinctive brand, voice, theology, and visual identity while ensuring consistency across campuses with contextual flexibility.
Oversee content and messaging, including weekend announcements, website, email marketing, social media, and service communications with theological clarity.
Lead creative development for sermon series branding, visuals, video storytelling, photography, and external partnerships.
Build centralized campus communication systems, train staff, provide templates, workflows, and crisis communication plans.
Manage the communications team and budget, coordinate with ministry leaders, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
