The role
Tenure-track Assistant Professor position in TESOL within the Department of Curriculum & Instruction.
Teach graduate TESOL PreK-12 education courses and a range of courses in linguistics, bilingualism, literacy, and assessment.
Supervise and mentor teacher candidates during fieldwork and student teaching; contribute to program assessment and curriculum development.
Participate in departmental, school, and college service; collaborate with faculty and school partners.
Engage in an active research agenda with opportunities for professional growth and scholarship.
Qualifications include a doctoral degree in TESOL or related field; relevant teaching and supervision experience; commitment to equity and culturally sustaining pedagogies.
