The role
Lead management of a high-quality disease caseload in a specialist UK personal injury team.
Senior role (Senior Associate or Legal Director) across Leeds, Sheffield, or Manchester.
Focus on defendant disease claims including asbestos, NIHL, HAVS, and EL/PL.
Handle fast-track, multi-track, and DCP claims with direct client liaison.
Collaborative, innovative practice leveraging R&D and technology-driven workflows.
Requires 5+ years' defendant disease litigation experience and strong client-facing skills.
