The role
Lead complex business litigation matters with responsibility from strategy and discovery to trial execution.
Manage full case lifecycle, including motion practice and depositions.
Provide direct client counsel in employment law issues such as discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage-and-hour disputes.
Handle contract disputes, partnership and shareholder conflicts, fraud claims, and breaches of fiduciary duty.
Draft and argue key motions, including motions to dismiss, summary judgment, and discovery motions, and oversee all phases of litigation.
Require active California Bar license; hybrid work arrangement in the Financial District of Los Angeles.
