The role
In this role, you will lead high-impact analytics that shape content strategy from greenlight to engagement and retention.
Define measurement frameworks, north-star KPIs, and standardized title metrics across regions, seasons, and content types.
Build certified, reusable data assets in Databricks to ensure high-quality downstream analysis and consistent joins/metadata.
Quantify title-driven impact on acquisition, engagement, and retention, and model content-attributed churn risk.
Own attribution and user-journey insights, mapping discovery to watch to return behaviors to enable clear readouts.
Design experiments and presentation metrics, deliver decision assets for greenlight, localization ROI, and licensor narratives, and raise analytics standards.
