The role
Lead and develop a team of Data Scientists and Data Analysts to deliver company-wide objectives through data-driven strategies.
Conduct product analytics to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to enhance product performance.
Deep dive into data sources, assess limitations, and communicate insights via exploratory analysis to drive improvements.
Design, monitor, and own core metrics; diagnose root causes of metric movements and communicate findings.
Build and deploy advanced analytical solutions and models to deliver superior business outcomes, collaborating cross-functionally.
Requirements include 5+ years in analytics with 2+ years in management; strong SQL/Python/R, excellent communication, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized; hybrid work arrangement (office 3 days/week).
