The role
Lead and mentor a team of Data Scientists and Data Analysts to deliver company-wide objectives in Trust and Safety.
Design, monitor, and interpret core metrics; identify root causes of metric movements.
Conduct product analytics to drive growth with actionable recommendations.
Deep dive into data sources, assess limitations, and communicate insights through exploratory analysis and research.
Develop advanced analytical solutions and models to deliver superior business outcomes; automate workflows where possible.
Collaborate across cross-functional teams and time zones to implement data-driven decisions.
