The role
Own the design and implementation of the AI Flywheel: a closed-loop system that turns real-world data into continuous model improvements.
Build and maintain multi-node distributed training pipelines using PyTorch DDP, Horovod, or Ray.
Develop smart data mining and active learning strategies to extract high-value training data from petabyte-scale logs.
Automate model evaluation, selection, and rapid deployment to the autonomous fleet and AI platform.
Create infrastructure for seamless model packaging, validation, and rollout across the AI stack.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate driving data into smarter, safer autonomous systems.
