The role
You will join a cross-functional Data team to power The Crew Motorfest with data-driven decisions.
Main responsibilities include creating and maintaining clear dashboards and BI reports that drive decision-making.
Partner with Development, Finance, Marketing, and Production teams to translate needs into concrete data solutions.
Present analyses via email, PowerPoint, Power BI, and newsletters, and articulate actionable recommendations with pedagogy.
Improve performance by optimizing SQL queries and data pipelines, and automate processes for efficiency and reliability.
Collaborate with Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists, and contribute to future tracking plans with Designers, User Researchers, and Gameplay Programmers while championing data-centered decision making.
