Develop data-driven signals and machine learning solutions to minimize abuse on the platform.
Scope projects aligned with team objectives and key results, ensuring high-quality methodology and code.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to define shared goals, clarify ownership, and prioritize work.
Drive process standardization, regular business reviews, and individual career development.
Communicate complex concepts clearly to cross-functional stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
