The role
Provide bedside NICU nursing care for critically ill newborns in a fast-paced, evidence-based environment.
This full-time night shift runs 6:30 PM to 7:30 AM with rotating weekends and holidays, on-site.
Requirements include a New York State RN license, two years of Medical-Surgical experience, BLS, and NRP within 90 days of hire.
Preferred NICU nursing experience and a commitment to education, research, and shared clinical decision-making.
Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and patient-family education to support optimal neonatal outcomes.
