The role
Lead cutting-edge AI research across LLMs, embeddings, and rerankers to advance unstructured data search.
Develop next-generation information retrieval and LLM agent paradigms.
Collaborate closely with researchers and engineers to translate ideas into scalable systems.
Own the full lifecycle from experimental design and evaluation to production deployment.
Contribute to RAG, semantic search, and recommendation initiatives at the intersection of research and product.
Candidates typically hold a PhD and have a strong background in ML/DL/NLP with experience in distributed training for language and visual understanding.
