The role
Build new features for the AI Assistant and orchestrate its integration into the product suite. Create and maintain robust evaluation suites for key topic areas. Analyze user behavior and model performance to identify knowledge gaps and prioritize improvements. Apply modern AI engineering practices, including context engineering (chain-of-thought, few-shot), evaluation, and retrieval-augmented generation, to deliver reliable experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional engineers to ship resilient, scalable, and maintainable software. Represent and communicate findings through reviews, documentation, and opportunities to share thought leadership in the AI space.
