The role
The role involves managing inbound and outbound sales calls, developing new business opportunities, and collaborating with field sales teams to meet sales targets. Candidates should be confident communicators with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience in lead generation or telesales. A background in customer-centric roles, whether face-to-face or over the phone, is essential.
