The role
A company in Northern Ireland seeks a qualified legal professional with experience in intellectual property, data privacy, and commercial law to advise on legal and contractual matters, manage portfolios, and provide legal support to various business units. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating licensing agreements, privacy agreements, and commercial contracts across multiple jurisdictions, as well as mentoring junior team members. The candidate must hold a relevant legal qualification with 1 to 3 years PQE and demonstrate strong legal drafting skills, technical knowledge, and experience in managing legal portfolios. Responsibilities include supporting compliance, legal risk management, and strategic projects, as well as liaising with external legal advisors. Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively are essential in this role.
