The role
A legal professional in this role provides legal advice on intellectual property, data privacy, and governance matters across multiple jurisdictions. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating licences, data agreements, and commercial contracts, often in the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors. The candidate should have experience in intellectual property, privacy law, and contracts within a legal environment, with a strong focus on accuracy and multitasking. Working independently whilst escalating complex issues is essential, as is collaboration within a team of legal professionals. Technical skills needed include legal drafting, intellectual property management, and familiarity with legal software tools. The role offers an exciting opportunity for a qualified solicitor or barrister to contribute to a global leader in drug development.
