The role
A legal counsel in Armagh provides advice on intellectual property, data privacy, governance, and commercial contracts within a large international organisation. The role involves managing legal and contractual matters, ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and collaborating with various business stakeholders. Candidates should possess 1–3 years' PQE, with strong expertise in data privacy, intellectual property, or governance, and excellent legal and drafting skills. They are expected to demonstrate commercial awareness, stakeholder engagement ability, and a solution-oriented approach. Experience with legal technology, process improvement, and cross-border work is desirable, supporting a dynamic and diverse legal environment.
