The role
A legal professional is required to support a general insurance company in Belfast on a fixed-term basis for six months, primarily providing commercial legal advice. The role involves drafting and negotiating various contracts, including IT, tech, TOBAs, NDAs, supplier, marketing, and insurance-specific agreements. Candidates should have significant experience in commercial law within regulated environments, preferably within insurance or financial services sectors, and be capable of handling routine and complex legal matters independently. The position can be full-time with flexible remote working arrangements, subject to organisational needs. Candidates must possess at least three years of relevant experience, with strong legal, contractual, and communication skills to succeed in this role.
