The role
Convert opportunities into clients through a proven follow-up cadence using calls, texts, emails, and a modern CRM.
Lead buyer and seller consultations that feel confident, organized, and client-first (not pushy).
Provide hyper-local guidance on neighborhoods, schools, lifestyle, and market dynamics with integrity.
Build and manage a pipeline with daily lead generation and relationship nurturing.
Guide clients through the full transaction: pricing strategy, prep, marketing, offer strategy, negotiation, inspections, and closing.
Deliver Ritz-Carlton service: anticipatory communication, clean handoffs, and no-surprises on execution; collaborate on listings, showings, and events when needed.
