The role
Perform advanced professional electrical engineering work in field and office settings.
Assess electrical systems, document capacity and loads, and prepare technical reports.
Develop detailed electrical designs, drawings, specifications, and cost/quantity estimates for new facilities and rehabilitation projects.
Coordinate with in-house and external engineers, technicians, and contractors to finalize construction bid documents and ensure compliance.
Review consultants’ submittals and contractors’ work for conformance; supervise project phases and act as resident or oversight engineer as needed.
Plan, schedule, and execute engineering work, investigate construction problems, uphold safety practices, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
