The role
Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and installation of electrical systems in a hotel/casino environment. Perform new installations, including running circuits for power and lighting and for equipment. Work as part of a Facilities team and be willing to assist in other areas when needed. Design and implement plans for new installations; coordinate and schedule outside contractors as needed. Maintain the operation of four emergency generators with weekly testing and PM scheduling with vendors. Collaborate with Slot Technicians to move power for slot machines when required. Occasionally work with outside contractors on installations or renovations as part of larger projects. Perform minor troubleshooting on the fire alarm system and maintain inventory of electrical parts (conduits, ballasts, devices, wire, fittings, etc.). Starting pay: $34.00 per hour.
