The role
Design, train, evaluate, and deploy language models for retrieval-augmented generation, question answering, summarization, and semantic search.
Write production-grade Python code using PyTorch and transformer-based frameworks to translate research into reliable features.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define problems, explore new approaches, and translate research into practical solutions.
Lead rigorous experimentation with sound evaluation methodologies and data-driven decision making.
Improve scientific practices and contribute to shared research infrastructure alongside the machine learning platform team.
Continuously monitor model performance in production and iterate to enhance robustness and relevance.
