The role
Shape the future of enterprise AI by building scalable NLP solutions that power real-world products at scale.
Lead retrieval augmented generation pipelines, information retrieval, semantic search, QA, and agentic systems with production constraints.
Design, train, and optimize transformer-based models, balancing performance, user experience, and reliability.
Collaborate with ML engineers and platform teams to accelerate research-to-production cycles and ensure robust deployments.
Act as a technical reference, guiding architectural decisions, promoting best practices, and mentoring other scientists.
Contribute to R&D processes and share innovations through external tech content and thought leadership.
