The role
Lead the design, development, and optimization of modern language-based AI solutions at scale for enterprise use.
Build and deploy transformer-based models with a focus on production readiness, reliability, and real-time user experiences.
Lead projects in retrieval augmented generation, information retrieval, semantic search, QA, and agentic systems under real-world constraints.
Collaborate with ML engineers and platform teams to accelerate research, ensure rigorous evaluation, and streamline deployment.
Mentor scientists, guide architectural decisions, and promote best practices in applied NLP.
Share findings externally via technical posts and talks, while improving processes for efficiency and scientific rigor.
