Lead GenAI-driven product initiatives and scale AI-powered customer experiences.
You will architect and implement GenAI features with engineers, design robust integration patterns with AI providers, and build scalable services.
Redefine how consumer experiences embed into conversational interfaces and architect trust for agentic commerce.
Scale existing AI bets: multi-turn and multi-agent systems, offline evaluation for complex tasks, RLHF-powered insights, and customer-specific long-term memory.
Extend agentic systems to high-ROI journeys such as product recommendations, onboarding, risk diligence, activation, and upsell.
Collaborate across product, design, security, and privacy to ship production-ready solutions with rapid experimentation and measurable business impact.
