The role
Lead the end-to-end development of new AI applications from concept to production, advancing the state of technology.
Collaborate in small cross-functional teams with product managers, engineers and data scientists to deliver initiatives.
Rotate through diverse projects and technologies to stay at the cutting edge of generative AI, data ingestion, and AI pipelines.
Apply DevOps and XP practices—microservices, CI/CD, containerization, and orchestration—in a fast-fail, agile environment.
Mentor teammates and cultivate a collaborative culture while continuously expanding your own skills via pair programming.
Articulate technical vision clearly and translate complex ideas into actionable roadmaps and deliverables.
